What Makes the Royal White Breed Exceptional?

The Royal White is a unique hair sheep breed developed by Bill Hoag in Texas through

a strategic cross of St. Croix, Dorper, and White Dorper lines. This breed was

designed for efficiency, low maintenance, and adaptability perfect for a wide range

of climates and producers.

Key Characteristics:

Appearance

Pure white, polled (hornless), with a self-shedding hair coat.

Adaptability

Thrives in both arid and humid climates, with strong heat and

parasite tolerance.

Efficiency

Low-maintenance, hardy, and resource efficient producers.

Progeny

Lambs are vigorous and have excellent survivability rates.

These qualities make Royal Whites an outstanding choice for both seasoned producers

and those new to the world of sheep farming.

Availability

Our lambs are typically weaned and ready by early to mid-June each year. We also

occasionally offer mature breeding-age stock, so be sure to inquire early if you're

looking to expand or start your flock.
